this petition will hold prosecutors much more accountable when trying to obtain an indictment in any criminal proceeding state or federal. This will keep all government officials honest in the indictment process. In essence we are trying to eliminate false indictments and keep innocent people out of prison. grand jury's should be public record! this will make prosecutors think twice before aggressively indicting an individual.
