require all handguns sold in the U.S. to be outfitted with a microchip disabling their use in public places.

Created by J.H. on December 17, 2012

Public places such as schools, theaters, stadiums, malls, etc. could be outfitted with a device that detects and deactivates all guns that enter the premises. The chip should be made so that if it is ever removed from the gun, the gun no longer functions.
