Healthcare benefits should be applied the same way between all states. I retired after 21 years with full benefits and moved from Texas to North Carolina. Because I am no longer in Texas, I am forced to pay much more for medical treatment. All healthcare providers should be required to follow the same guidelines throughout the U.S.
