A mandate requiring healthcare providers having incurred disciplinary action by their governing boards to be prominently posted in all of their reception/registration areas so that each patient may clearly understand the level of risk they may encounter should they be treated/continue to be treated by the party/parties named in that action, (similar to the restaurant industry whereby the health department places an alphabetical or percentile rating of the establishment), to be posted in a PROMINENT AREA in all of their registration/reception areas for the duration of the disciplinary period with an unabridged copy of the action details to be made immediately available for review upon request and/or where a personal copy may be attained at no cost to the inquiring party.
