require all homes and public places for work in areas that are prone to significant tornadoes to have tornado shelters

The Government should require all homes and public places for work, such as schools and hospitals, for areas that are prone to significant tornadic activity yearly known as Tornado Alley. Through the significant tornadoes that have occurred the past few years, we've witnessed numerous fatalities including children this year in Moore, Oklahoma. With required tornado shelters, the potential is there for many lives to be saved. Properly-built tornado shelters may have prevented the deaths of many, and has the potential to save many lives in the future.
