Currently, the CDC has a "Detailed Hospital Checklist for Ebola Preparedness" which is optional for hospitals to use. Hospitals should not have a choice on whether or not to utilize a checklist or have a contingency plan for Ebola.
The government needs to require hospitals to checklists and contingency plans.
