Require that all hospitals reverse the 2011 policy that prohibits the video recording of all child births.

The video recording of a child being born into this world has been a long and important tradition. We should have the right to record our births. It is just as important as the video recording of a child's first steps, first day of school, first school dance, graduation, etc... In 2011, many hospitals across our nation have implemented a policy that prohibits the recording of any births! When I asked several hospital personnel for a reason for this new policy, they would only tell me that its just their policy. The only reason I can think of for now denying recording births is to protect themselves by not having any video evidence that can be used against them in case they make medical mistakes. This is not fair! Please help reverse this terrible policy be signing this petition!
