All internet providers should provide free content filtering services using their existing technology and living knowledge of IP addresses, black lists, white lists etc.
Content filtering should apply to widely-accepted objectionable and/or questionable topics including pornography, violence, arms and ammunition, drugs and alcohol, etc.
Filter opt-in should take place at the account owner level and should function like an on/off switch with limited filter exceptions - also controlled by the account owner.
