The court system has been hearing cases that are requesting the judge to make a decision that is against the US constitution and the judges need to understand what the constitution actually says and not what they want it to say.
Example the freedom from religion foundation.
No where in the US consitution is there anything saying of a freedom from religion. There is Freedom OF religion.
Therefore any cases filed attempting to get freedom from religion are violating the US consitution.
