Every jury should be informed of there right to nullify.It gives the public power to use their morals judgment to tell the courts that even though the defendant might have broken a law, and is guilty under the definition of the law.The law itself is wrong.
Throughout history nullification has protected Americans from unjust and unmoral laws such as the Fugitive State Law and Prohibition.
