Require all law enforcement officials at all levels to be educated on the US Constitution as a condition of employment

Day after day, we read stories of law enforcement officials violating the Constitutional rights of innocent people, then hiding behind their status as a law enforcement official, ignorance of the law, or both to get away with this misconduct. Every law enforcement officer in the nation should know the laws they swear to uphold, and Constitutional protections should be no exception. Require ALL law enforcement officials , as a condition of employment, to learn the Constitution, and what rights are protected therein. Any law enforcement official then found to be violating a person's Constitutional rights should be subject to loss of their position, arrest and imprisonment for their offenses. Ignorance of these law should be considered dereliction of duty.
