This petition would require all personnel considered law enforcement or armed individuals working for any government or government agency (Local Police, State Police, County Sherifs, DHS, BORDER PATROL, NSA, IRS, DEA, National Guard, SWAT Teams, CIA, FBI, etc...) to be "Wired" with a Camera and Microphone. This would enable a more transparent relationship between "policing entities", citizens and courts.
The "Wiring" of armed policing personnel would eliminate fear caused by the "Long Blue Line" that law enforcement uses as a way not to testify against another officer that violates a citizen's rights.
It would also limit either citizen or Law Enforcement from being able to lie about any incident they were witnessing.
This is a petition for HONESTY and TRANSPARENCY!
