Require all law enforcement personnel to wear a form of camera with sound capabilities

Too many people have been harmed by law enforcement officers and denied their rights as citizens of the United States of America. I ask that all law enforcement personnel wear a video recording device that is able to record sound so these officers cannot harm innocent people. Make removal of said device a criminal offense that will result in immediate probation and then termination. Make all video footage available to the American public and make it viable evidence in a court of law. Law enforcement officers should not be able to be "above the law" just because they enforce it. Please help stop violation of life and rights
