Training should include when it is okay and not okay to use force. It also should include how to tell the difference between situations and to make the correct choice in the best interest to protect the public, innocent, or victims. Also the differance between a hostage and slaughter situation. Finaally those who fail to protect the public should be suspended equal to the suspects conviction sentence.
