Require ALL law enforcement to wear a camera system similar to the ones already on their dash in their cars right now. like a go pro system, it would record everything and be uploaded daily to a computer server. That only can be accessed in the situation where it requires review. and then only by a supervisor never by the officer involved this would keep everyone honest. instead of months on the Michael brown situation it could have been handled in days, with the exact footage of the situation with no error in witness testimony or personal opinions being a issue
