Require all laws created to have an official review date and expiration date.

In America there are more laws on the books than even the government can count. Many are not enforced, nor can they be as the average citizens have no idea what these laws are until they've already broken one. In a lawmaking system where we employ people for the sole purpose of creating laws, they continue writing legislation daily, whether needed or not, just for the sake of keeping their jobs. This could all be eliminated by giving each law a date of review, and an accompanying expiration date. If a law was truly worth keeping, the lawmakers should have no problem renewing it by popular vote. This would also allow them to keep their jobs by reviewing existing laws, instead of just creating more legislative garbage. This would also allow us to effortlessly remove laws that do serve us.
