there are far too many uninformed voters in order to improve our great democracy we should require voters to be well informed and not influenced by biased new reporting requiring that voters take the test it will mean that only people who care and not simply feel its their "patriotic duty" will have a say in our government. to reform a government by the people one must start with the people implement this not only at federal levels but also at state and local levels as well
