We are asking that the Obama Administration require that all employees in the FED Just Departments and Law Enforcement Professions. Must not only receive a mandatory Psych Evaluation upon Hiring. They must also from there out agree to receive mandatory 7 day psych evaluations every 3-6 months based on Job Description, Responsibilities, and Level of Stress the position goes through. (I.E. Some positions will require every 3 months, others will require every 6 months)
Those who do not meet a standard, shall be treated till seen fit to return to duty. WITHOUT LOSING PAY or BENEFITS!
This adds comfort to the community. This will also help officers to gain better coping and communication skills for on the job and while on duty. Which may lead to better outcomes in crime prevention.
