Require all magazine subscriptions to offer an opt-out choice where an automatic renewal clause is required to subscribe

Many magazines include an automatic renewal clause when you subscribe. This means that when your subscription runs out you will automatically be billed on your credit card for a new subscription. Often people are unaware of this clause until they receive a charge on their credit card billing. By forcing all magazines and their subscription providers to offer an opt out choice when subscribing, the option to renew is handing back to the consumer.
