require all members of Congress to release their previous year's tax return ensuring full disclosure and impartiality.

Members of Congress are elected to represent their constituents. Too often they end up representing their own best interests. By releasing their tax returns, we can be assured they are not voting to fatten their wallets. An additional benefit of this will be a nice basis in reality. For example, a member of Congress speaking on behalf of and voting in a tax increase for those they claim don't pay their fair share. We the people would like to see if THEY paid their fair share. Talk is cheap. Taxes are not.
