Require all members of Congress to take and pass an American history and US Constitution test to remain in office.

In order for our government to function we need our representatives and senators to be intelligent and informed, like our forefathers. Let's raise the bar for politicians by requiring them to pass an exam that clearly tests and demonstrates their intelligence, and their familiarity with the history of the country they wish to serve.
