Due to the recently demonstrated inability of Congress to work together and come to a budget agreement, it is clear that conflict resolution skills are not in their currently held portfolio of skills.
To remedy this, all members of Congress should be required to undergo a series of conflict management classes and team-building seminars held by Michael Miller (at msmtrainsyou.com) or other qualified speaker.
This would result in a better functioning government that may actually be capable of accomplishing lasting bipartisan legislation to the benefit of our country and our citizens.
