REQUIRE ALL MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE AND SENATE TO EMBED WITH THE ARMED FORCES IN A WAR ZONE FOR A MINIMUM OF 90 CONSECUTIVE DAYS TO BE COMPLETED IN THEIR FIRST 12 MONTHS OF ELECTION OR REELECTION. EXCEPTION: Only those individuals who have combat experience and who completed a tour in a war zone on foreign soil would be exempt.
