Require all members of the US Congress to accept Email questions from all US Citizens regardless of Residence.

Created by L.S. on December 31, 2012

Members of the US Congress from their respective States may introduce legislation which will affect greatly the lives of all Americans.
Currently, some US Representatives and Senators do not accept questions or concerns about their actions from outside their own States or Constituencies.
It is, therefore, necessary to create a uniform standard for acceptance of such messages permitting all Concerned Americans an opportunity to submit questions and/or concerns without regard to State of Residence or Demographic, in order to allow the free flow of ideas and provide for true two-way communication between the Congress and the American People.
