Require that all mental health inpatient program after 2 days of evaluation give every patient the right to outside time

I have been diagnosed with several disabilities bipolar schizophrenia among a few through my numerous visits in mental health institutions what i believe is very much in need is to integrate the right to nature in the patients bill of rights to help facilitate the healing process.
