Life is full of information, and all that information should be open and unrestricted for all people to access. Limits on data usage are limits on information. Limits on information promote negligence in a society that could greatly benefit from full, unrestricted access to the almost infinite amount of information available via the Internet. As Americans we have the right to freedom of information, and mobile cellular companies should not hold the power to abridge that right.
