To help reduce muggings for mobile phones, please request a congressional mandate to require all mobile phone manufactures to include a 'kill switch' that would permanently disable stolen mobile phones.
The recently developed stolen mobile phone database isn't entirely up to the task because 1) most stolen mobile phones go overseas where they can't be tracked, and 2) criminals can change the identifiers on the stolen mobile phones.
