Recently, my mortgage was sold to a provider that charges fees to pay online or by phone. This makes a green payment alternative more costly than the normal method of pay by mail. Not only is paying online more secure, it also provides a way to track previous payments in one place and allows me to ensure receipt of payment.
Please help all encourage all providers to have a free green payment method.
