Require all new commercial real estate to have solar panels pre installed.

I feel that all new commercial construction, warehouses, office buildings and so on, should be required to have solar panels pre installed. People try to say that solar isn't a viable alterantive but I feel thats because not enough people are willing to take a chance on it. If we could get all new large construction projects outfitted with solar panels the amount of oil we could save would be enormous. Production of panels would increase and prices for normal americans would possibly go down and allow more of us to afford solar for our homes. With the increase in solar people could no longer deny its viability as an alternative in energy.
