Require all new federal buildings and offices built after the passing of this bill to be equipped with solar panels.

I believe that the United States needs to be more energy independent. One way of doing so is to require the federal government to have solar panels on all new buildings built. It can help lower the electricity costs to operate the building while possibly providing energy for the local power grid.
