Subtitling of all online media has been a request from not only Deaf/Hard of Hearing culture, the International audience as well. There are many bias views about accessibility for those who require subtitles in order to understand online media content. It's a basic human right to understand what's being presented whether it's important news or entertainment. It's time that the Government to make all online media content accessible with subtitles. We're human beings also.
