We are petitioning for a legal mandate that ALL internet service providers or vendors (Level 3, Yahoo, Google, Microsoft, Cisco, Amazon, etc...) are required to monitor any and ALL online activities (browsing, email, chat, text, I.P. phone, etc...) by Congress, Federal Employees, Contractors, Lobbyists, Campaign Contributors and their associates for any illegal, threatening, or unethical behavior or communication that could be construed as such. This communication or evidence of behavior will be required to be turned over to law enforcement where they will be REQUIRED to Investigate fully, and where possible, make the findings public unless this will compromise a criminal investigation.
