Every day, the news is filled with stories of parents forgetting their babies are still in their car seats and leaving them to die, trapped in a hot car for hours.
It should be a law for every parent of an infant in a rear-facing car seat to utilize a mirror so that they can see their child at all times, and be made aware that their child is, in fact, still in his or her car seat, thus, hopefully, reducing the number of infant and child heat stroke deaths in the United States
