Require all parties to nominate new presidential candidates in 90 days, with a general election in 180 days

It appears to be very clear that citizens of all political parties are displeased with the field of presidential candidates. this petition seeks to unify that displeasure and require (either through expeditious legislation, judicial order, or executive decree) that each political party disqualify their current candidate and provide a new candidate for President. Each party would have 90 days to find a new qualified candidate, and then an additional 90 days for debates, political rallies, and fundraising before a general election (180 days after the enactment of this document).
