Require all payroll increases of all congressmen and women be voted on and aproved by the citizens of the United States

The payroll of the US congress is voted on and approved by the congressmen and women that are to be paid. The citizens of the US have the right to review and approve the payroll of their representatives.
Most representatives have companies that they receive payment from as an owner, or a stock holder, not needing to be paid by the American public.
Being elected to congress was an honor at one time. It was done for free, it was done to serve this country and it's citizens. The representatives of this country still work for the citizens of the USA. And as the employers of congress we the citizens demand to review and approve the salaries of our employees.
