Require all people entering the US from Eboli infected regions to be quaranteened for 21 days once arriving in US.

In order to prevent the spread of the Eboli epidemic to the US, all persons entering the country from Eboli infected regions shall be quarantined for 21 days upon arrival in the US. (According to the CDC, the incubation period for the virus is 2 - 21 days.) At the end of this period all persons will be tested for the virus.
