Require all people on welfare in the United States to perform 20 hours of weekly community service.

All citizens who are physically capable should provide some type of communtity service. This will allow them to provide a service to furthure there job skills and provide some type of incentive for them to get off of welfare. If they are getting paid by the government then they need to be providing a service to the rest of of who provided tax money that pay there way.
