After reading through a few pages of peitions on peitions.whitehouse.gov, it leaves one wondering how the United States' education system got so far off track that its citizens believe the President of the United States has a say in domestic affairs of foreign nation-states. So, in turn, I ask that the administration alter the current policy regarding creating a peition to require a short civics and economics test before one can create said peition. I suggest 5 or 10 basic understanding type questions; this will also help weed out spam.
