Require that All Police Carry Tasers while on Duty.

Police are meant to protect and serve. They should use nonlethal force if possible before using a gun. Despite how you might feel about Michael Brown and Darren Wilson, it would be hard to argue that the murder of an unarmed man could have been avoided had a Taser been used. Wilson said that he does not carry a Taser when he is on duty because he feels that it is clunky, but it can be an instrumental tool in ensuring that lives are not lost unless absolutely necessary. Though there might be times when police still ignore the Taser and opt for a gun, it should be required that they carry one so that no police officer can say they did not have the option of using nonlethal force. I feel that this could be a large step in reducing senseless fatalities, if not police brutality as a whole.
