This is a petition of the United States Federal Government to create a Bill that will require all law enforcement officials to wear a video camera recording device on their person (i.e. uniform) at all times while on duty. This is a simple, effective, and doable request from the citizens of U.S.A. who believe in a just society. With as many fatal crimes that are committed against unarmed citizens by police, this seems like the best most feasible solution to hold those deemed in a superior power, accountable for their actions. The technology exists and is no longer expensive to provide. The video should be streamed to a 3rd non-associated group for holding and processing in the event that it is needed. The security tech is also able to protect possible breech.
