Require all police officers to have mandatory surveillance cameras on-person at all times during active field duty.

All police officers on active field duty must be required to wear on-person surveillance cameras at all times.

Camera footage related to altercations between police officers and citizens must be made public - especially if related to police killings of civilians.

This will eliminate doubt once and for all of whether a police officer worked outside of normal police guidelines in cases of police killings or brutality.
