Require all police officers to wear body cameras and film every arrest or confrontation.

To help reduce the incidents of people injured by plaice, and provide evidence in the case of confrontations, all police officers shall be required to wear body cameras and film every arrest or confrontation with the public. Failure to film arrests or confrontations will be punishable by fines, disciplinary action and/or dismissal from the force.
