Requiring law enforcement officers to wear eye level cameras that record time stamped video and audio can both help fight police corruption and provide key evidence in trials. No more will we hear "He reached for his waist band" in officer involved shootings that are dismissed without any material evidence. Having Video and Audio evidence in cases can possibly speed up trial process and help insure a fair trial. Officers would be held accountable for there actions and so would criminals. Records of arrests/stops would be held for 90 days and be available to the accused or there attorney before being erased. All other footage would be required to be erased at the end of the officers shift as to protect the privacy of those not involved in the arrest/stop.
