Require all present and future presidents, congressmen, and justices to pass an iq test

For too long there has been almost no standard about our executive, legislative, and judicial leaders. It is only fair that the American public know they are being lead by people smart enough to lead them. Leaders of the free world should easily score at least above average. All scores should be posted on the internet where the general populace can easily find them. Also the test should be given by an unbiased group.
