Require that all products and services sold in the United States be produced in the United States by US citizens.
This is the only way we can re employ the majority of unemployed citizens and employ new workers
First will be the construction or refurbishing of factories.
Second will be in the design of new products.
Third will be the purchasing of raw material from US sources
Fourth will be the manufacturing of the product or service.
Fifth will be the distribution of these products and / or services.

This requirement would have a 5 year implementation period. Companies can use off shore profits
Companies that currently have factories already in the US would need to insource that portion of the product that is not currently produced the US (i.e. Car Manufactures that only assemble)
