The purpose of this petition is to compel the Obama administration to work with with Congress to pass legislation whereby all for-profit employers in the United States of America would be required to extend the stall doors in their restrooms all the way down to the floor. The forced public shame of forcing workers to expose their feet while defecating must end. If the protections of security and liberty afforded to us in our constitution are not extended to protect the privacy of employees in such a special and intimate moment, then we must ask ourselves what indeed separates us from our barbarian enemies. We implore the President to consider the merits of this petition and enact meaningful domestic reform accordingly.
