Require all proposed law shall be considered on the merit of the law, and contain no language unrelated to said law.

Problem: Currently our elected officials attach additional language to proposed bills. Often, this additional language has nothing to do with the proposed legislation and causes both houses to consider all issues attached to the original proposal. Thus causing un-necessary conflict and the potential for favoritism/special interest to have priority and distract from the needs of the Country and its People. This, "Trailer Language", is often added to trade support of other law makers, but only clouds the original intent/meaning. All law in the United States should be considered on its own merit: Not who you can trade favors with/or buy a vote from. This change will help to ensure a level of ethics, integrity, and hold elected officials accountable in the law making process.
