Require all public education faculty to undergo evaluation

This is a petition, that is passed, will require ALL faculty at public schools including teachers/professors, counselors, deans, maintenance, Etc. to undergo a performance evaluation at least 6(six) times each school year and any promotion/demotion, suspension, termination, graduation rate will be reflected upon said evaluations, instead of tenure/time employed. The main reason as to why I am creating this petition is that (I live near Chicago) and EVERY SINGLE SCHOOL YEAR, (CPS) Chicago Public Schools, goes on strike DEMANDING higher pay, better/bigger benefits, and meanwhile the students are sitting at home or wondering around instead of being at school, and yet graduation rates are the same or worse
