Require all public school 12th grade students to pass a standardized test on the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

That we might not forget the US Constitution and not be unaware of the protections all United States citizens are promised by it, every Public High School Senior should pass, with an 85% grade, a comprehensive test on the rights and privileges guaranteed to them by our US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The test could be formulated by the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court.
