Military children live at a disadvantage when it comes to education, as they often move all over the world and attend many different schools. This necessitates the use of transcripts. However, a disturbing amount of public schools refuse to process the full contents of a military transcript, instead "picking-and-choosing" which classes count for credit, sometimes requiring a student to repeat entire classes or even grades just because they are different. The time has come for military dependents, and common-transfer students in general, to stop being discriminated against based on their parent's profession. Require that ALL credit on a transcript be granted to a transferring student, regardless of whether the new school has the same class. Stop segregating military students in education.
